Jenn Murray

    I thought Jenn Murrays talk about being an environmental prof and a flight attendent was very interesting becuase you could tell she planned out her presontation and new what she wanted to say. The problem for me with her environmental job is the 10 or more years of schooling she went through to get a secure job being a prof.  The environment is her passion which is why she went through with that, but for most people its not, so for me it would be a little waist of time and would be very tiring. Its not a type of job I would want but other then that I thought her presiontation was very well done and professional other then her kids running around and making noise

fire fighters

     Fireman do a lot more work around the city then I thought they did. They do way more then just put out fires and slide down long poles. They go to almost all emergancy calls and are usually the first ones there becuase the have a certain time limet to get to the location. Being a fireman still sounds like an amazing job but also can be very dangerous, im not sure if I would want to be a fireman becuase of that reason and the higher risk of cancer.

V for Vendetta

     I thought V fro Vendetta was a very good movie. In the movie I thought it was wrong that the government and police could listen in to the homes of their people. They said it was to keep them safe but the government should not be able to be in there homes, they can keep them safe with out entering their personal lives. I think the government had way to much power over their people. Also I thought what V was doing was right, but he could of done it differently and got his revenge with out killing all the people and evenutally getting him self killed. Vwas not evil and didnt kill the innocent poeple.

"Nobody Home"

I really like the song "Nobody Home" by Pink Floyd. I really like the vocals in this song, I can hear the feeling of loneliness in his voice. I also think it's cool how he describes his hotel room where he is staying. I also really enjoy the musical structure of this song. I like how it starts off with just piano and vocals, and eventually includes a string section in the background. That is why I like the song "Nobody Home" by Pink Floyd.

        I have been playing guitar now for about 3 years, I tried to start playing when I was about 7 years old but gave up becuase my hands were to small for my dads guitar. I picked the guitar up again a few years later becuase I heard the song snow by red hot chilli peppers playing and wanted to learn how play it. Then a few weeks later I played a few songs I learned to the guitar player in my dads band and he thought I was pretty good, and gave me an electric fender telecaster to practice on and to get better. After that I got lessons and still havent put down the guitar.
